1. What we collect
We collect information you provide (email, account details when you sign up), conversation text you paste or upload for reply suggestions, usage data (e.g. feature use), and technical data (device, IP) for security and analytics. We use Firebase (Authentication, Firestore, Analytics) and may use other services to run the product.
2. How we use it
Your data is used to provide and improve Rizzmate: generating replies, personalizing your experience, securing your account, analyzing product usage, and communicating with you. We do not train AI models on your personal conversations for purposes other than serving your request in that session.
3. AI & third parties
Reply generation uses AI (e.g. Google Gemini). Content you submit is sent to these services in accordance with their privacy policies. We use Firebase (Google) for auth and database; see Google’s privacy policy for their handling of data.
4. Retention & your rights
We retain account and usage data as long as your account is active or as needed for legal and operational purposes. You can request access, correction, or deletion of your data by contacting us. You may also delete your account from settings.
